Comments:
Per the Argus and Patriot (Montpelier), July 1, 1885, "A new covered bridge is nearly finished over the brook above the clapboard mill of C. D. Billings." Although only about 1.6 miles above Irasville, this listing had no other information, so it made sense to connect it with the location of the Billings Mill crossing described in the news article.
