Comments:
Per the Spirit of the Age (Woodstock), December 13, 1876, "DEDICATION OF JOSSELYN HALL. --- THE SITUATION. The Hall recently erected by Josiah Josselyn, Esq., of Bridgewater, for the use of the Bridgewater Grange, No. 168, was dedicated by the usual ceremonies of the Order, on Saturday, the 9th inst. Before alluding more particularly to the dedication, some account of the building may be interesting. It is located at the place called Bridgewater Corners, on the Southern bank of the Ottaquechee, near the covered bridge which crosses the river at that place and some 10 rods from the beautiful residence of the proprietor."
