Comments:
Rebuilt 1988. 10-panel truss. The bridge has horizontal red clapboard siding, open at the eaves. It was named for the Bell brothers, who operated a nearby gristmill in the 19th century. Bells Mills Road is SR3012 (formerly LR64180) up to the west end of the bridge. When entering the west end and after the bridge is crossed, it becomes SR3061 (formerly Route 970).
