Directions: 4.8 miles northeast of I-180 exit 15 on US220 to Hughsville, then 0.3 miles right on N Main St, then 5.7 miles left on PA118, then 0.9 miles right on Dairy Farm Rd. and left 0.2 miles on Covered Bridge Rd. Southwest of Lairdsville.

Comments:
The road was relocated to a new bridge about 950' northeast of the covered bridge and is now called Tome Road (T664), which picks up the old road further to the south. According to Nelson Davis identification, this bridge was originally known as Colonel Farr's, after the builder.
