Directions: 2.4 miles west of CR11 (Wolf Summit Exit) on US50, then 1.5 miles right on CR5 and just left on dead end CR5/29. North-northwest of Wolf Summit, south of Marshville.

Comments:
On November 27, 1891, construction superintendent William J. Williams reported that the abutments were completed and the bridge was nearing completion. The bridge was bypassed when the road was realigned. Allegheny Restorations & Bldrs, Inc. of Morgantown, WV received $375,964 for rehabilitation work including substructure work, timber repairs to truss members, deck, siding and roof repair.
