Comments:
According to Carl Feather’s research, there is a local story that this bridge may have been originally constructed somewhere else and relocated here by flood or intentionally moved. Unfortunately, he has not found any documentation to confirm that. The bridge was bypassed in 1975 and received repairs so it could remain open to light traffic.
