Comments:
15 and 20-panel trusses. One version of the bridge cost $6200 and the adjacent Little River Bridge was $1500. Per the Vermont Phoenix (Brattleboro), August 7, 1903, "The west span of the old covered bridge across the Connecticut river was blown off its foundation by dyanmite this morning and is now lying in the river."
