Comments:
The center pier was added some time after original construction. The bridge is a single 16-panel Howe (continuous chords), but the truss members are configured as though for two spans. Early photos show a bridge without the center pier, but by 1910 the pier seems to have been installed. The bridge is known for its rectangular wood paving blocks.
